Rental Rates:
Week After Labor Day – Memorial Weekend $ 80.00 per night 2 night minimum / $500 per week
Memorial Weekend – Labor Day $120 per night 2 night minimum / $750 per week
Holiday weekends require 3 night minimum stay
A $100 cleaning fee will be charged on all stays
A $200 revervation/security Deposit will be charged on all stays.
A $20 per day charge for any and each pet(s) will be assessed
Taxes of 6.24% state tax, 4% tourist commission tax will be assessed to price.
